Horizontal dot gluing shaft for cold glue. Gluing system with sequential dots at a distance (in between the axes) of 1" on the 50 cm side of the collator. Vertical dot gluing star with sequential dots at a distance (in between the axes) of 1" on the 35 cm side of the collator. A pneumatic cylinder lifts the gluing star incase of a stop of the collator to avoid the lost of liquid glue. The customer has to supply nearby the machine a pneumatic connection of about 6 bar.It can also be field retrofitted and it’s easily installable by the customer. Features as above. |
